Resource Visa exists to solve a single problem: getting an overseas specialist lawfully onto an Australian site, against a date, without the application falling over.
That is a narrow practice, deliberately. We do not do partner visas, student visas, citizenship or appeals. We act for employers, the companies putting specialists on site, in mining, oil and gas, and energy and renewables.

In September 2024 the Department of Home Affairs began applying the 400 more strictly. Longer stays, repeat visits, large groups and roles that look ongoing get closer scrutiny, so every application needs evidence that the work is specialised, short-term and can’t be sourced locally. The applications that do that well are the ones where somebody has actually costed the outage.
