Matthew Coleman is a seasoned migration advisor and business consultant with over a decade of experience spanning corporate finance, auditing, recruitment, and migration law.
In 2017, Matthew established his first migration firm, combining his commercial background with a commitment to simplifying complex migration processes for Australian businesses. Since then, he has helped countless companies navigate corporate migration with clarity, strategy, and compliance at the core.
Today, he leads Resource Visa, a specialist advisory focused on supporting employers in the construction, offshore, mining, and energy sectors to access skilled international workers through fast, effective, and legally sound visa pathways.
Matthew’s career began in corporate accounting and auditing, where he developed a sharp eye for risk management and operational systems. He later moved into recruitment and workforce planning, gaining deep insight into labour supply challenges and how immigration can support business growth and project delivery.
As a registered migration agent, Matthew and his team now supports companies with:
